Access the “My customers” tab on the merchant portal to view the list of your customers and the complete history of their actions (earning ✦points, using rewards, passing...)

Access the “Notifications” tab on the merchant portal to send push notifications to your customers.

Customer

Customers earn points for every purchase or visit to Fidellio partner merchants.

It is the merchant who controls the addition of points to their customers.

To add a merchant's card, let them scan your personal QR code, or add their card manually in your Fidellio application by using the blue “+” button and entering the desired merchant business name. (Visible on the counter plate).

To see your progress in a merchant's program, click on the merchant's card in Home.

If you have enough ✦points, you can redeem these ✦points for the reward of your choice by tapping on it.

The unlocked reward will then be found in “Rewards” and you can show the Reward QR Code to your merchant to receive it.

No, points never expire.

You can use your ✦points only at the merchant where you earned them.

It is not possible to use your ✦points at different merchants.
