No, merchants manage Fidellio from a browser, while the app is dedicated to customers.
Do I need to use a telephone?
No, you can access Fidellio via any Internet-connected device. (Smartphone, Tablet, Cash register, Computer...)
How do I give my employees access?
Add them as users in your Merchant Portal (“My employees” tab) so they can manage points and customers.
Can I have a single account for several establishments?
Yes, Fidellio allows you to centralize accounts to manage multiple locations. Contact support for assistance.

Access the “Notifications” tab on the merchant portal to send push notifications to your customers.

How do I earn loyalty ✦points?
Customers earn points for every purchase or visit to Fidellio partner merchants.
It is the merchant who controls the addition of points to their customers.

How do I add a merchant's loyalty card?
To add a merchant's card, let them scan your personal QR code, or add their card manually in your Fidellio application by using the blue “+” button and entering the desired merchant business name. (Visible on the counter plate).
How can I track my progress in a merchant's program?
To see your progress in a merchant's program, click on the merchant's card in Home.
How do I redeem my ✦points for a reward?
If you have enough ✦points, you can redeem these ✦points for the reward of your choice by tapping on it.
The unlocked reward will then be found in “Rewards” and you can show the Reward QR Code to your merchant to receive it.
Do my ✦points have an expiration date?
No, points never expire.
Can I use my ✦points at any location?
You can use your ✦points only at the merchant where you earned them.
It is not possible to use your ✦points at different merchants.
